1/2 CUP OF ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
1/2 CUP OF PECORINO/ROMANO CHEESE
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 TABLESPOON ONION POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
SALT/PEPPER
1/3 CUP EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
18 TO 24 LARGE WHITE MUSHROOMS STEMMED
 
400 DEGREES 25 MINUTES

Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES STIR BREAD CRUMBS, CHEESE, GARLIC & ONION POWDER, PARSLEY, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, AND TWO TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL TILL BLENDED TO A SOFT MIXTURE. DRIZZLE BAKING SHEET WITH 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL, SPOON THE FILLING INTO EACH MUSHROOM. DRIZZLE OIL ON TOP OF EACH MUSHROOM TO MOISTEN. BAKE IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE TENDER AND FILLING IS GOLDEN ON TOP FOR 25 MINUTES.
