     EASTER HAM & FRESH CHEESE PIE

Ingredients
2 BOXES OF REFRIGERATED PIE CRUST
1 COOKED DAISY HAM 3 LBS OR 1 LB THICK BOILED HAM
3 LBS FRESH CHEESE
6 EGGS
1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON OIL
 
350 DEGREES 1 HOUR

Instructions
PUT TWO PIE CRUST ON BOTTOM OF A 13X9 BAKING DISH. THE CRUST HAS TO BE THICKER TO HOLD INGREDIENTS SO IT DOESN'T FALL THROUGH. BEAT EGSS, PARMESAN CHEESE, BLACK PEPPER WITH BEATERS THOUROULY UNTIL THICK. PUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF EGG MIXTURE ON BOTTOM OF PIECRUST. SLICE FRESH CHEESE 1/2" THICK AND LAYER ON TOP OF EGG MIXTURE SLICE DAISY HAM 1/2" THICK, OR BOILED HAM AND LAYER ON TOP OF FRESH CHEESE. CONTINUE TO LAYER, EGG MIXTURE, FRESH CHEESE, HAM ENDING WITH EGG MIXTURE. PLACE ONE OR TWO CRUSTS ON TOP OF BAKING DISH. BRUSH WITH 1 TABLESPOON OIL. BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR OR TILL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
