     PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp soda
Pinch salt
1/2 c cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
 
Topping
Have ready to spread on hot cake
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 3/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 C chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix sugar, eggs & oil. Then add pineapple (with juice). Add flour & soda mixture. Spread in jelly roll pan greased & floured. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Very good -Lori
