Preheat Oven 375
Mix sugar, spice and salt. Set aside. Coat pie pan thickly with
stick of butter. the spriinkle 3/4 of spice mix over pan, even
sides. Peel and core apples, cut in half and place flat side down
in pan to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle with rest of spice mix.
Place crust over apples and tuck down all around the edge. Bake
for 15-20 min. Tip pan over onto serving place.
Mix in small bowl, the cream, spice, and powdered sugar. Beat
until whip cream consistency. Serve warm with a dollop of cream
mixture on top.
