     New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
Bacon
Chopped onions
3/4 cup boiling water
1 can baby clams
Diced potatoes
Milk
Evaporated Milk
2 tsp salt
Pepper
 
Carrots
Shrimpmeat
Scallops
Sole

Instructions
Boil water. Add onions, potatoes and carrots and boil til potatoes and carrots are cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Add seafood including clam juice, milks, seasonings and bacon. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve.
