     Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup minced onions
3/4 cup fine dried bread crumbs
1 Tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 egg
1/2 cup fat free milk
2 Tbsp canola oil
For Gravy- 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
2 Cups boiling water

Instructions
Combine meats, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, egg and milk. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in oil in skillet. Reserve drippings and place meatballs in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on High 10-15 minutes. Stir flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika into hot drippings in skillet. Stir in water and sour cream. Pour over meatballs. cover. Reduce heat to Low. Cook 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
