1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 tablespoon honey
|
|
1 tablespoon spicy curry powder (or 1 tablespoon curry powder plus 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

|
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions |

In a food processor, combine the butter, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Tip- Compound butters aren't just for the dinner table. To dress up pancakes, waffles or toast, stir in cinnamon in place of the curry.
