2 14-oz cans or 1 large can diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)
12-oz package grilled chicken strips, cut up
1 lb rotini twists
8-16 oz shredded or cubed mozzarella
Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
Cover large fry pan with oil. Saute garlic. Add tomatoes (may drain liquid first, if desired). Add chicken. Simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is warm.
Cook rotini, drain water.Mix ingredients in large bowl. Add mozzarella and toss.
Serving
Suggestions
Top individual servings with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
