1 lb round or flank steak, sliced thinly on the cross
Cooking oil
1 pkg chicken noodle soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
4 carrots, cut diagonally
3 celery, cut diagonally
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch and a little water
Cooked rice
Plum sauce
Instructions
Brown steak in oil. Add soup, carrots and water to meat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add celery, bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix water with
cornstarch and add to meat. Stir til thickens.
Serve with rice and plum sauce.
