Coat fillets lightly with oil; rub with cumin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside.
While grill preheats, combine all salsa ingredients. cover and set aside.
Grill fillets over direct high heat 5-7 minutes, carefully turning halfway through grilling time with a wide metal spatula. Fish is done when it flakes with a fork. Remove from grill and serve with mango salsa.
Serve with couscous and grilled summer vegetables.
