     Spareribs Cantonese

Ingredients
4 lbs spareribs
12 oz jar orange marmalade
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Dash pepper
Orange slices for garnish
 

Instructions
450F. Roast ribs for 30 minutes meat side down. Reduce heat to 350F and bake 1 hours. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with orange slices.
