     Elaine's Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2 T Yeast dissolved in
1/2 c warm water
Add-
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c wesson oil
1 c scalded milk cooled to warm
stir and add-
3 well beaten eggs
 
2 t salt
4 1/2 c flour
Maple frosting-
1 cube butter or margarine
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c cream or milk
2 t maple flavoring
powdered sugar to make spreading consistency

Instructions
Mix well with a wooden spoon. Dough will be sticky-don't knead. Let rise until double in size. Roll out on floured board. Melt butter and pour on dough. Prinkle with mixture of 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c sugar and 1 T cinnamon. Roll and slice. Let rise, Bake at 400 for 12 min.
