Press ground beef on wax paper. Mix stuffing ingredients. Cover beef with stuffing. Roll up.
Refrigerate for 6 hours. Slice and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients. Heat in skillet. Pour over meat slices and serve.
