Ingredients
4 large carrots, unpeeled and trimmed
4 celery sticks, leaves attached and washed
1/2 beetroot, scrubbed
6 sprigs of parsley
fresh gingered washed and unpeeled
ice cubes
 

Instructions
1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Use a juice extractor to process the carrot, celery, beetroot, parsley and ginger into a jug. Pour among glassess. Serve with ice, if desired.
