     Raspberry custard French toast

  Fresh raspberry infused vodka shot

Ingredients
8 slices multigrain bread, crusts removed
2 tablespoons thick custard
1/2 cupraspberries
2 eggs
2 tbls spoons low fat milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar
extra light cooking spray
 

Instructions
roll bread with a rolling pin. put two teaspoons of thickn custard in centre top with raspberries
separate 1 egg. whisk. brush bread edges with this. place bread on top. pinch edges to seal bread
whisk egg yolk and remaining egg with milk. heat in fry pan. dip toast in egg mix and fry!
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve!
