350F. In large pan melt margarine with hot water; add brown sugar and beat well. Cool.
Add egg and vanilla; beat. Mix dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Stir in
zucchini and nuts. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9x9 inch pan; sprinkle with
butterscotch chips. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into bars.
