     Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
1 2.5-ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
2/3 cup chopped green onions
1 garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 8-inch flour tortillas
Commercial salsa
 

Instructions
Combine first 8 ingredients. Spread 1/2 cup fo the mixture over each tortilla. Roll tortillas, jellyroll fashion. Wrap each separately in plastic. Refrigerate up to 8 hours. Cut each roll into 12 slices. Serve with salsa. May be frozen up to 1 month. To serve, thaw and slice.
