     Wheat Free Tortillas

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup Water
 

Instructions
Mix flour and salt. Stir in water. Dough should be soft and hold its shape when pinched. Should form a ball when mixed.
Pinch balls of dough the size of a golf ball. Roll in flour and roll out to the size of 5 or 6 inches.
Cook in a hot pan 3 minutes on one side or until lightly brown and starting to appear dry. Longer cooking when make tortilla crisp.
