     Salmon Cheese Log

Ingredients
1 1-pound can red salmon
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon horseradish (or more - or hot sauce)
Dash salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Chopped pecans
 

Instructions
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Shape into log and roll in chopped pecans. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
