Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. Place 3 Tablespoons of milk in a pie plate. On a sheet of waxed paper, combine corn flake crumbs and red pepper. Mix well. Dip each piecce of chicken in the milk, then dredge in corn flake mixture, patting so crumbs adhere. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. bake, uncovered, until crisp and cooked through, turning once, about 40 minutes. While chicken is baking; prepare the biscuits. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix and thyme. Add 1/2 cup milk; stir just until dough forms. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake biscuits alongside the chicken until golden, about 7 to 9 minutes. Place chicken and biscuits on a platter and serve.
