     Honey-Gingered Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 (3/4 - pound) pork tenderloins
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon catsup
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
fresh parsley sprigs (optional)

Instructions
Place tenderloins in 11 X X 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combines honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well. Pour over tenderloins. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours turning occasionally.
Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill tendeloins over medium-hot coals 25 to 35 miutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserting into thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160 degrees.
To serve, slice tenderlins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
