Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar & milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed. Stir in vaqnilla. Makes about 2 cups.this is quick & easy & sooooo good(so good it can make you sick).
