Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir 1 cup of the cookies and the rocks into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until just firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with gumdrop flowers if desired.
For rocks use granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, or a combination.
