Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 in baking dish. Brown hamburger/ season with garlic salt and onion salt. Stir in pepperoni, drain excess fat. Stir in pizza sauce. Cut viscuits into quarters and place in the bottom of baking dish. Spread hamburger mixture evenly over biscuits. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25-30min. Sprinkle top with mozzerella and mild cheddar cheese to cover. Bake additional 10-15min until cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 min before serving.
