     Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can cream-styl corn
1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1-1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn bread mix, sour cream, and mealted butter. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for 5-10 min. Let stand for at least 5 min and then serve warm.
