     Mexican Pies

Ingredients
1 can 10 count buttermilk biscuits
1 lb ground beef
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 cup shredded mildcheddar cheese
1 package taco seasoning
shredded lettuce
sour cream
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add taco seasoning.
Roll out each biscuit to about 6in circle. Place half the biscuits on greased cookie sheet. Put cooled burgeron each, then cheese. Top with another rooled out buscuit. To seal, press rim with fork that has been dipped i flour. Make air holes in top of pies with fork. Brsh tops of pies with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. After pies are baked, break tops open a little and garnish with leffuce, cheese and sour cream.
