2 quarts bite sized pieces romaine or assorted greens
1/2 cup prepared good seasons parmesan salad dressing
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup croutons
6 anchovy fillets, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Place romaine in salad bowl. Add salad dressing and toss together. Add egg and toss until specks of egg disappear. Add croutons and anchovy fillets. Toss lightly.
