     Last-Minute Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 packets (1 ounce each) premelted unsweetened baking chocolate flavor
1 egg
1 1/4 cups quick mixing flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup water
 
1/2 cup semisweet real chocolate morsels
1/2 cup walnut halves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, chocolate flavor, egg, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla and water in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Beat with a fork until smooth and well blended, about 2 minutes; scrape bottom and sides of pan with rubber spatula after beating 1 minute. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over top of batter; arrange walnuts halves over top. Bake in preheated 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 3 inch squares.
