     FOOLPROOF FUDGE

Ingredients
3 (6 oz) pkgs semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
1/2 C chopped nuts, optional
 

Instructions
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand Milk. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper-Iined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper & cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
