Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine; set aside to let cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat eggs until smooth. Stir in sugar & flour until blended. Stir melted margarine, buttermilk & vanilla. Fold in coconut. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for about 40 minutes or until filling is set. Serve warm. Yields- 8 servings
