Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 17 x 11 inch jelly roll pan. Set aside. Melt together butter, the 2 2/3 cups chocolate morsels and the unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Combine, but do not whisk, eggs, espresso, vanilla and sugar in medium sized bowl. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into batter. Fold in remaining 3 cups morsels and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or just until cake tester comes out clean. Do not overbake. Cool thoroughly in pan and cut into squares.
