This has always been a favorite of mine with tortilla chips, flautas, tacos, scrambled eggs or anything that needs some flair! I especially love this dip/salsa with the "hint of lime" tortilla chips and a frozen Margarita! Pico de Gallo translates in Spanish to little salad.
Stir together, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. I sometimes add chopped avocados to the mixture.
