Preheat waffle iron. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.

In a shaler, place liquid ingredients. Shake until well mixed and slowly pour into bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix until well blended.

Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Ladle batter into waffle iron. COok until golden and crisp.

|
|
Waffles can be frozen or refrigerated and served later. Warm for 5 minutes at 300 degrees in toaster oven or 350 degrees in conventional oven. For extra crispiness, flip waffles half way through reheating.
