Cook macaroni according to package directions or
until firm to the bite. Drain and place in casserole
dish.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter; add flour and
cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add milk and cook,
stirring until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove
from heat. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and
parmesan until melted. Pour over macaroni and mix
well.
TOPPING- Combine cereal, butter, and garlic in food
processor until crushed; sprinkle over macaroni.
Broil just until browned, approximately 2 minutes.
