     Chicken in Red Curry & Coconut

Ingredients
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. MSG
4 shakes black pepper
4 Chicken Breasts, sliced
2 1/2 tsp. red curry paste
1/2 small can of coconut milk
 
1/4 c. water

Instructions
Marinate chicken in salt, sugar, msg,oyster sauce and black pepper.
Heat oil in skillet. Stir in curry paste and sliced chicken. Slowly add coconut milk and stir. Cook until liquid has gravy-like consistency. Add water and stir.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice or thin noodles.
