     Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1 cup black beans, cooked, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup sot silken tofu
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp olive oil
juice of 1 small lime
dash of salt
ground pepper to taste
 
sprinkle of paprika

Instructions
Place beans, garlic, tofu, tahini, cumin, oil, and lime juice in food processor. Mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Servie in a bowl, garnished with sprinkle of paprika. Will keep for 5 days, covered in refrig.
