Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan. Saute onions, celery, and mushrooms in butter along with poultry seasoning until onions are just tender.
Add chicken and noodles. Cover with water and add soup and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer until noodles are tender. Correct seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.
