Mix and simmer 2 minutes. Add soda (will foam up). Spread Corn Puffs on cookie sheet. Pour mixture over. Bake at 250 degress for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Pour on waxed paper. Break up as it cools. If Buttered Puffs, use less butter.
