Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and 1 teaspoon salt; set aside. In a mixer bowl beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add flour mixture; beat well. Stir in pecans. Spread in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans.

Cream Cheese Frosting- In a bowl beat together 1 softened 3 ounce package cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, and 1 teaspoon vanilla till fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
