Crumble ground beef in 2 quart casserole. microwave on high 5 minutes or until meat loses its pink color. Stir to break up meat. Drain off excess fat. Stir in seasoning mix, water and tomato paste. Cover loosely. Microwave on high 5 - 10 minutes stirring once during cooking. Cut open potatoes; spoon beef mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Beef mixture may also be served on pizz crust, corn bread, English muffins, or stuffed in rolls. Topping may be prepared on top of range
