     Mini Sausage Quiches

Ingredients
1/2 Pound Bulk Hot Italian Sausage
2 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
2 Tbsp Minced Chives
1 Package of Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
4 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
2 cups of Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Paprika
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and inion over medioum heat until no longer pink. Drain and stir in chives.
Unroll crescent rolls into one long rectangle. Seal seams. Cute into 48 pieces. Pres into bottom and sides of gressed miniature muffin cups.
Fill each with 2 tsp of sausage mixture. In large bowl mix eggs and cheese. Spoon over sausage mixure and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
