Freeze brie for about one hour. Cut brie into wedges or cubes.

Dip in flour, then into beaten egg, and last into plain bread crumbs. Repeat.

Put in the refrigerator for half hour to chill, if necessary.
|
|
|
Heat peanut oil to 375 degrees, fry two to three pieces at a time for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain well and serve.
