Mix pudding and milk, vanilla extract, add sour cream and half of the whipped cream. In a deep casserole dish, line bottom with Nilla wafers, bananas, and pudding. Continue another layer top with the remaining whipped cream.
Crush about 8 Nilla wafers or whatever is left and sprinkle on top. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
