     Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb of beef, chicken, or turkey
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Bread crumbs
Shredded cheese - your choice
Deli meat slices - your choice
 
1/2 onion
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onions on stove top in oil until slightly brown.
Mix together meat of choice, onions, egg, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic salt, and bread crumbs. Mixture should be soft, but not falling apart.
Flatten mixture into a rectangle. Lay deli meat overlapping to cover the rectangle. Spread shredded cheese on top of the deli meat. Roll into a loaf and seal the sides.
Bake for 1/2 hour, then cover top with ketchup. Bake for another 1/2 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Serve Immediately
