     Cheesy Chicken Souffle

Ingredients
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions (with tops)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 60 to 65 minutes.
