     Simple Sunday Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pound broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1 package (16 ounces) frozen carrot slices, thawed and drained (about 4 cups)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package (2.75 ounce size) onion soup mix (1 envelope)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange chicken, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Arrange carrots around chicken. Mix soup, soup mix (dry) and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over top. Cover and bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto chicken. Bake uncovered until biscuits are light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
