     Chicken Pot Pie Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 cups cut up cooked chicken
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients until moistened; beat 30 strokes. Spoon into cups (cups will be very full). Bake until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
