Preheat oven to 350. Cream together the sugars, milk, shortening
and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients except chocolate chunks
(ships). Gently fold in chocolate. Use a small scoop and drop onto
a greased baking sheet and slightly flatten dough. Bake for 8 - 10
minutes, cookies should be soft in the center. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
