Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 xup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
2 to 3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 cup chopped green pepper

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Cook and stir ground beef until light brown; drain and set aside. Mix sour cream, salad dressing, cheese, and onion; set aside. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat dough in pan, pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides of pan. Layer beef, tomatoes, and green pepper on dough; spoon sour cream mixture over top. If desired, sprinkle with paprika. Bake until edges of dough are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
