1/4 teaspooon cream of tartar or 1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
1/3 cup water
Instructions
Combine ingredients in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water and beat with rotary beater until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Fold in 1 Teaspoon flavoring.
